Megatrend Transfer Center offers target oriented knowledge management, analysing your situation, your strength and your deficiencies, your current and your future markets and elaborates together with you the objectives and actions to be taken.
What we are emphasizing is the close cooperation with our partner and his team. You know your company best and we are not the ones to impose on you changes as an aim in itself. But we will ask the right questions, will draw your attention to hidden capacities and chances and help you with the implementation of the right answers which we will find together. If necessary, senior students of MIUV will help you by internships with the mplementation.
Live long learning is nowadays not only an individual must, but also a necessary attitude for groups and teams. We can define together what kind of training is desirable for your staff or certain groups of your staff. On this assessment we will design the target oriented training. Training can be provided in-house or at the premises of the university. We recommend groups of 8 -10, but depending on the substance also smaller and larger groups (but not more then 15) are possible.
Coaching is an individual transfer of knowledge and skills on issues in professional, private or personal activities. This may be single sessions on certain issues or a process of training and advice. It helps making situations and goals more clear and how to behave, or how to continue.

Seminars and in-house workshops
Seminars are offered for business oriented topics, in particular for companies who are engaged in business in South-East Europe or want to be, as well as for South-East European companies who are or want to be active in Austria, and in general on inter-cultural business relations and inter-cultural management. In-house workshops can be arranged for knowledge management as well as for the preparation of new activities. In particular in-house workshops will help you to implement change management when introducing new structures, new organization, new procedures and working methods.
